Music: Bubble Man Stage from Mega Man 2
At this year’s E3 Expo Capcom talked more about their upcoming download-only Mega Man 9. Capcom is really catering to the retro gamer with this release, choosing to use NES-style graphics and even promote it with some very …interesting artwork which seems completely natural next to the Mega Man 1 and 2 box arts. The music will also feel right at home with its NES counterparts.
I always thought Mega Man 2 had the best music of the series. It was instantly recognizable, catchy and never dull. One of my favorites is the music from Bubble Man’s stage. When I was a kid, for some reason I associated this music with the concept of “Japan”, and I still don’t know why! But give it a listen and enjoy!
