MegaMan vs. Hard Hat
Mega Man vs. Hard Hat, using every unique weapon and utility item from Mega Man 1-6, Mega Man I-V (Game Boy), Mega Man 7-8, Mega Man & Bass, Mega Man Powered Up, and Mega Man 9.
My question is this: why didn’t Dr. Wiley give each of the robot masters these hard hats to wear? That would apparently foil MegaMan!
